3. Services Offered
My Marbella Hen Party provides customized packages for hen parties in Marbella and Costa del Sol. Services may include boat rentals, private chefs, shows, butlers, strippers, and other experiences. All packages are personalized and subject to availability.
4. Intermediary Role
We act as intermediaries between clients and suppliers. Most services are subcontracted to third-party professionals or agencies. We do not directly employ entertainers, chefs, boat captains, or any other service personnel. Some services are arranged via international macro-agencies.
5. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking or participate in any event. By booking with us, you confirm that all participants meet this legal age requirement.
6. Booking & Payment Terms
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment, typically via bank transfer. All services must be paid in full before the event date. Quotes provided are based on availability and may change prior to payment confirmation.
7. Liability
My Marbella Hen Party acts solely as a booking agent. We are not liable for accidents, injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during your experience. All liability lies with the individual suppliers or third-party vendors.
8. Supplier Conditions
Each supplier may have their own policies and requirements, including liability waivers, minimum group sizes, dress codes, or safety instructions. By booking with us, you agree to adhere to these terms and ensure your group complies as well.
9. Event Participation
Participation in activities is at your own risk. It is your responsibility to inform us and the supplier of any health conditions or mobility limitations prior to booking. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit or unsafe.
10. Changes & Amendments
We strive to accommodate amendments when possible, but changes are not guaranteed. Any requested changes must be made in writing via email and are subject to supplier approval and potential fees.
11. Cancellations
Cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is a separate document available on our website. Please review that policy carefully.
